 A passion for golf, experience as a touring professional on the LPGA Tour, and photographic inspiration from notable photographers Ansel Adams, Cole Weston and John Woods, have left indelible marks on Joann's photographic career.
With her extensive playing background, Joann brings a golfer's perspective to her photography work. This talent was noticed by the USGA who assigned Joann to cover the 1981 Walker Cup matches, which lead to her being awarded the photography for the 1982 US Open book for Pebble Beach.
Over the years, Joann has received many awards for her photography. Her work can be seen in national and international magazines, and her fine art giclees are available through better fine art galleries.
